Shipping Locations


We deliver across India to both urban and rural areas. Currently, international shipping is not available.

Order Processing Time


Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. High-Demand Periods: During peak seasons or sales, order processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time


We partner with trusted courier services to ensure prompt delivery. Delivery timelines are as follows:
Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days.
Expedited Delivery: 2–4 business days (additional charges apply).
(Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather or unforeseen delays.)

Shipping Charges


Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹500. A flat fee of ₹50 applies for orders below ₹500. Expedited Shipping: Charges calculated during checkout based on location and weight.

Order Tracking


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Use the provided tracking number on our courier partner’s website to monitor your order.

Failed Deliveries and Reattempts


If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or other reasons:
The courier service will reattempt delivery up to 2 times. After multiple failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.

Delayed or Lost Shipments


In rare cases where delivery is delayed or a shipment is lost: Contact us at support@itprox.in or +917878783656 with your order details. We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue and provide updates.

Damaged or Incorrect Products


If you receive a damaged or incorrect product: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the product and packaging for verification.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, as per our Refund Policy.
